Re: CAN-SPAM Act Rulemaking, Project No. R411008To the Commissioners,RE: Email Suppression Lists.Requirement of the use of suppression lists willseriously damage many of my legitimate publications available on the net. My specific concern is for harm to publishers like me who require permission from the consumer prior to adding them to any list. Perhaps attacking the mass bulk emailers who send millions of unsolicited junk emails would be a better use of the commission's time, rather than working against legitimate tax paying US businesses who's subscribers OPT IN!PLUS Suppression lists could easily fall intothe hands of spammers, leading to more spam instead of less!I urge you in the strongest possible terms to reconsider its implementation in light of these problems,Respectfully,Jim McCraighDublin, CA
