Having heard that we are now going to have to be paying for email, and secondly all the spam legislation you have started, I really wonder who is running things there.Let me explain.Since Cyber Space is just that, a created area that is going through its growing pains, for what it worth, there is no government in or on cyberspace to regulate it. There is no consitiution, bill of rights, nor is there any type of judicial means to take of things and there is no means of an appeal if things don't suit the people using this. So I as you how can you suddenly decide for something that encompasses the entire planet when we don't rule the entire planet?The thing that really gets to me about this spam thing is the fact that you try and control it on the internet, yet in the USPS all you need to do is buy a list and you can spam anyone with the use of a 37 cent stamp. Yet when we use the internet, the only thing that is needed to get rid of it is a couple of clicks. The stuff sent through the mail, take a look at the garbage dumps around America, look at all the trees that are gone and you will have a really good Idea as to the amount of spam snail mail is being sent. But again that is ok because it was sent through a Government organization that can "control" sorry about the laughter here, this.HAving been around for a long time I can tell you that government hasn't gotten better is gotten dumber and when you have to have a meeting about the meeting about cleaning up the mess that was created by the meetings in the past about the future, well you are starting to see what I mean.Lastly it has come to most everyones attention that you and this government are so greedy that you just think that all you need to do is print out some more money and that will take care of it, WRONG. There is going to be a finanacil day of reconning and it will make the 29 crash, look like a pink tea party in comparison.Our government created this thing called the internet, the potential is incredible, and yet again I say that no government organization has the legal right to exercise any laws that they feel they should or can because we don't have the means to financially stop you by taking legal action. This is not what our constitution is about, it is supposed to be govenment by the people for the people, not by the government and to hell with everyone else and you will pay up or else. that is a dictatorship, that is law being passed by something other then the government. We are watching you and we are using the internet to communicate you Illegal attempt to pass laws you are not by law allowed to do.Suggestion, talk to your legal people for We the People are getting fed up.
