Re: CAN-SPAM Act Rulemaking, Project No. R411008I am very concerned about the above CAN-SPAM Act because of the effect it will have on legitimate businesses who engage in PERMISSION BASED email promotions. If legitimate Ebusiness is prevented from emailing information and/or promotional material to those who request it there will be no Ebusiness. Small Ebusiness owners and their employees will be without their legitimate and hard earned livlihood if The CAN-SPAM act is passed. Don't pass CAN-SPAM please.
