Re: CAN-SPAM Act Rulemaking, Project No. R411008To the Commissioners,I'm quite concerned about your new proposal regarding requiring suppression lists. The Internet marketers who this would effect in a very negative way are not the people who are sending the spam or creating the problems on the Internet. The Internet marketers who you would be putting out of business are those people who have committed their lives to learning ethical, effective business building practices that empower and enrich the lives of others. This suppression list proposal would do nothing but let the spammers and porn sites get away with more of what they do, while the ethical businesses go under or struggle just to survive. This would not serve the community, or the customers who seek the products and services that ligitimate marketers provide and it would not serve our nation. Please take the time out of your busy schedules to seriously reconsider this.I know that you were put here to help ligitimate businesses, not to destroy them.Respectfully,Sherif Osman
