CAN-SPAM Act Rulemaking, Project No. R411008 To the Commissioners, I applaud your efforts to curb the problem of unsolicited bulk email. However, I am concerned about the proposed requirement for merchants to maintain suppression lists. This will crush my business that i have spend both a considerable amount of time and money getting of the ground. Please take the time and consider the effects that your decision will have on business people(you know the people that actually contribute booth money and jobs to this great country of ours.
