As an internet marketer who uses leads from various companies I find it very difficult to work within the parameters as I understand them on "opt-out" criteria. I have no problem using my name, address, and phone number on my website and emails, but I don't do well with the concept that if one person "op's out" then any time my company's name comes up again I and my company is liable for "spam". I get loads of ponography that I have to black list and fight continually. I don't mind shutting those guys down, but for those of us who are trying to make a living and have invested money to work on line, this is much to narrow and too constricting to our business. Perhaps I do not understand correctly, but if it is really the above, I don't want it to happen that way. *REDACTED PERSONAL INFORMATION*
