Good Day: I have an extremely strong opinion about "Spam". It is an invasion of my privacy. The totally unsolicited e-mail should be regulated to not be addressed to people who do not specifically sing up for broad based e-mail notifications from a specific entity, web site, company or person. It is also a nuisance to have to filter my mail to find the e-mail that is important to me, from relatives, friends, business relations ECT. In addition, all Website?s that send cookies with spyware attached should be banned also. It is once again an invasion of my privacy, which under the constitution is supposed to be protected by the Federal Government as it is one of my constitutional rights. Unsolicited junk mail should also be banned for the same reasons. We now have a national do not call list for these reasons. We should also have a national do not "Spam e-mail" or "postal junk mail" list. All of these issues and involved/specified media's are interrelated and should be governed as such. A precedence has been set with the national do not call list it MUST extent to ALL like applications from broad based media.. Thank You for your time and attention to this matter. *REDACTED PERSONAL INFORMATION*
