I would eliminate the 7 day waiting period because when I got started it was before 9/11 and I was in USMC after the events on that day I was literaly locked down to the base for 3.5 years. The only thing that kept me going was the team I was part of, they provided me with literature and material that completely changed my life. Second I will eliminate the 10 referal list because when I lef Marine Corps I didn.t know anybody in my area.
