Comments:
As an IBO for approximately 4 years, I have not worked the business as intensely as I had hoped to or as intensely as I intend to in the future. My success directly reflects the amount of time and effort that I have put into this business opportunity. I was never lead to think that this business would give me results without lots of hard work. I feel that the proposed legislation will be put a burden on people that are already presenting a true picture of a great opportunity. Those people who give a less than honest impression are not going to change their approach. To ask for a seven day waiting period and to diminish and dilute the relationship between the IBO and prospect by requiring contact with ten additional IBOs is overkill. If I were approached in this manner I 'would be weary of the whole process AND miss a wonderful opportunity. Additionally, I would feel that to be required to release all of my financial information would not serve the purpose you are seeking and invades my privacy. Many people looking for a get rich scheme will blame others when their lack of productivity does not give them the desired outcome. If they should choose to take this to court, I don’t think it is fair that dissatisfaction should penalize those who do work. Quixtar is a honest growth oriented business with very high standards. I have encountered hard working people who are offering other hard working people a chance for a better life an affordable price. Please do not tie these people hands. I don’t think that your proposal will accomplish the protection you are seeking.
