I have been a Quixtar IBO for 6 years and have achieved all the goals I have set for myself and my part-time business. I have received bonuses and sponsored others and they have also. The proposed rule has concerned me on several areas. First the Quixtar plan is very simple and clear with a money back guarantee and is given to everyone who see the marketing plan this should be a pattern that is duplicated in other similar businesses. There is no extra need for a seven day to register rule, this will only slow business growth. The list of references option to be given out should be removed. The thought of giveing personal information to those that are not in business with me seems to violate many privacy laws. The listing of lawsuits for the past 10 years would seems to hinder a legal business. Many large corporations have had legal claims valid or not brought against them. Treat this as any other business or job in that when you apply for a job under the application we do not get a list of law suits against the company or a the personal finance records of a vice president or manager prior to acceptings a position. Thanks you many of us will be affected.
