Comments:
As a business owner with Quixtar I feel that the guidelines being discusses are in efforts to be in the best interest of the prospects and legitatment companies, like Quixtar. The sum of the proposals may increase the growth of illegal businesses as since they are not sound companies to start with, the potential prospects may feel that they would be easier to build. The truth is that this would only hurt the companies that are already following protocals that are in the best interest of the prospect and keep illegal companies doing what they've always done, build and create there own "Sounds good" Opportunity.
