I have been an Independant Business Owner associated with Quixtar for several years. I have been pleased with the income I have generated building my business. I believe many of the proposed rule changes would hurt my ability to expand my business. I do not feel a seven day waiting period helps since there is a complete money back guarantee. I also feel my business would be hurt by giving out personal and private information of other IBO's to a prospect whom the reference does not know and by giving the name of my prospect to others whom might register my prospect in their business. The proposed rule on a list of litigation does not reflect my independent business if it is litigation from directed towards another IBO or involving Quixtar. Therefore, a list of litigation does not show the prospect any useful information which would help in making a business decision based on my business. I do not claim any personal financial information with a prospect and feel that it is a substantial invasion of my privacy to have to tell a prospect what my income is! The business plan has a simple, standard, and easily understood disclosure which gives average monthly gross income for active IBO's. I hope you will listen to these issues I have brought up since each of these would seriously impact my Independent Business. Thank you, Jim Koen
