I own a Curves for Women, and have just recently started my liasion with Avon. Curves and Avon have been business partners for the last 2 years. The restrictions that you are proposing will hinder my business and my growth. I depend upon my sales from them to supplement my income and provide the necessary items needed for my club members. They love the Curves merchandise that is provided by Avon. I intend to have several of my members to be Avon Distributors too. The regulations that you are proposing will cause me to divulge my financial and personal records to anyone that wishes. My financial records is a matter between me and state, or federal taxing authorities. PLEASE DO NOT INSTITUTE THESE REGULATIONS AS THEY NOW STAND.
