Dear Sirs, In regard to Business Opportunity Rule R511993, I urge you to rescind it and start over. It places an unnecessary burden on Distributors and parent Direct Sales companies and is very restrictive! Rarely do these regulations prevent the most unscrupulous companies from operating for months or years before they are "caught" and they continue under another name. In the meantime, the GOOD companies are prohibited from doing a profitable business because of the unnecessary red tape. I urge you to reconsider and find some other savvy direct sales businesspeople to help craft another set of Rules. My wife was able to stay home with our sons while they were growing up because we had a Shaklee business. Now it will be a welcome addition during our coming retirement years. Social Security is in deep trouble so we are not counting on it alone to get us through retirement! Thank you. I am Sincerely Yours,
