I am a 6 month Xango distributor and have been very pleased with this company,I am new at the MLM business but I am enjoying sharing this product because it is everything the company and it's representatives says it is . The attraction is it is low cost to get in ,and until now has been very easy to do as a parttime business. I use this money to supplement our income and help with my sons education. I feel personally I have grown in many ways but most of all my presentation skills and has increased my confidence in myself. I appreciate the FTC's concerns about fradulent behavior in direct sales; however like everything else a few bad apples can change the entire business structure.I believe the seven day waiting period will only make people even more skeptical about doing business. also it will definetly cause a hardship for many of us who have full-time jobs causing more record keeping and administrative problems. The delays will only be a problem for the consumer who is already upset because he or she has to wait 4days for a shipment.I certainly will see alot of hardship with having to provide a list of 10 of the closest sales people to the new prospect. This airs kinda borderline on the new privacy act guidelines. Personally I don't know if I would want ten people I don't even know having my personal information. Especially today where indenity fraud is such a problem in corporate and in everyday life. I do understand and appreciate that the FTC is trying to protect the consumer , but I personally feel that I am involved in one of the most credible companies in the U.S. history. They respect their distributors and stand by their company policies. Not to mention all the health benefits my costumers are seeing, this is an awesome product.
