I recently registered as an IBO, and felt that I received all the information that I needed to make an intelligent decision. I read through the entire contract, and felt comfortable signing it, especially with it's sound cancellation policy. I don't feel that asking future prospects to wait 7 days will add any value, the cancellation policy is strong enough. I don't feel that disclosing earnings or references would provide the prospective business owners is necessary information that they need to make a decision. This proposal needs to be rewritten to allow legitimate businesses thrive and help build communities of business owners that want to be a part of the business. The illegitimate businesses will fail anyway, but handicapping the legitimate businesses to make that happen faster is not part of the American entreprenurial spirit.
