To whom it may concern: I believe that the proposed 7 day wait for prospects would severely limit our business because it would cast doubt on our legitimate business. The money back guarantee on the starter kit is very generous and more than enough to allow anyone who changes their mind to recoup their investment. I believe that requiring that an independent business owner give references or substantiate income claims to prospects beyond what is already required is ridiculous because the scams that the FTC wants to protect people from aren't going to abide by a reference or income verification rule anyway. The FTC should focus its efforts on educating the public and following up on complaints and claims. If more people know about the FTC and look to the FTC for guidance, fewer will get taken for a ride. The more people who know about the FTC, the more people will report frauds to the FTC. Thank you.
