This will make it very difficult to do business in our normal way. Avon has a 120 year history of upstanding business practices. This should be directed at large or unscrupulous businesses that have no regard for their customers. Please reconsider the magnitude of small and outstanding businesses that you will burden with difficult regulations and severely effect their ability to remain profitable while holding the customer in high regard.
