Comments on this rulling from David G Buck. I believe we should ahve the right to register prospects in our Busines with out waiting period. Our business allows full refund for 30 days. I my self have furnished this refund on two occasion when prospect changed their mind. I do not feel that prospects need to have furnished 10 names and numbers please sticke this from the rule. Please eliminate all past lawsuits for disclosure.
