I have been with this organization for several years and I have witnessed nothing but integrity from this company and the people who have put their heart and soul into the growth and development of other people. It would be a shame to impliment a policy that would hurt or stunt the growth of such a worthy cause. The fight to remove the bad shouldnt be at the cost of those fighting for good. Let us limit the casualities inflicted when we seek for a fair solution for this problem.
