I am relatively new to Network Marketing but I am experienced enough to know that the proposed rules would put an undue burden on "the little guy" try to supplement their income with a home business. This industry is the only affordable way that average citizens have of owning a business. We cannot afford franchise, start-up and accountant fees, nor do we have the bookkeeping skills to run most stand alone businesses. The administrative headache alone imposed by the knew rules would be enough to discourage most of us and would make it nearly impossible to build our business. thank you for your time. Jim Lindsay
