I have been a registered IBO with Quixtar for over two years now. When I registered I was given information regarding the company, the opportunity to earn money and the products available. This enabled me to make an informed decision. I in turn provide such information to anyone that I share the Quixtar business with. As my sponsor explained to me when I registered, I discuss in detail that this is not a "get rich quick" business, it takes time and hard work. The seven day waiting period would severly impact not only my business, but the businesses of the people that I register. To have people wait for seven days to be fully registered and able to proceed forward makes no sense, when Quixtar offers a 90 money back guareentee on the registration to give them time to decide if it is right for them. This rule would only hurt the profitability of all IBOs by slowing down their ablility to grow as any traditional business would be hurt if their ability to grow was slowed down. That would be like saying that a salesman could only take orders for products one day a week. The seven days would not give enough time for someone to decide anyway, and that is why the 90 days Quixtar offers benifits all partys. The proposal that would required that I give 10 names for a prospect to contact before registering would create more problems then I have room to mention here. The most obvious being, thats like sending some one who wants your services to a competitor to get his opinion on how I do business. My competitor, being a business person, looking to increase his business will undoubtibly cast a better light on his business then mine in order to get the new business. Even if he was an honorable person, unless he is in my organization he would have no clue as to how my organization is run. In essence there is no way he could or I could comment on each others organizations, not having experienced it ourselves. Once again pointing out the wisdom of Quixtar to offer a 90 day money back guarantee on registration, to make sure the new IBO is happy with all aspects of the business. I also would not want my name and phone # available for others to use as a reference. This would be a violation of my privacy. We have regular meetings that we encourage all IBOs to attend in order for them to meet the team and learn more about their experiences, and to determine if this is the right team for them. After 2yrs as an Independant Business Owner with Quixtar I do not believe that anyone, other than my line of sponsorship, could have explained the business so thoroughly and helped me to understand how I can be successful. I realize that these proposals are out of an attempt to prevent good hard working people from being taken advantage of. Unfortunately I do not believe that these proposals will do that. They will hurt those of us that are legitamitly building our businesses in a ethical way, and those who are not will find ways around the new proposals, thus having only hurt the good guys. Please consider an alternative way to insure that this industry proceeds without fraud, in a way that will not hurt those of us who truly value ethics in business and all of life.
