To Whom It May Concern: I am writing to express concern about this bill. I conduct my business on full time basis and to pass this law would put my whole operation in jeopardy. I claim my business on my taxes every year. To make a prospective consultant wait 7 days before ccoming into the business would be detrimental. People need to be able to due this business simply and not be burdened down with a paper overload. We already have enough to keep up with. I do train my consultants against fraud and how to properly do the business. Then some of them come into the company just to receive there products at a discount. With additional burdens that would stop altogether. Please reconsider this bill and don't implement it.
