As a Quixtar Independent Business Owners, we are opposed to the FTC's 'Trade Regulation Rule on Business Opportunities proposal. The proposal contains provisions that would add uneccessary burdens on any and all Quixtar business owners. These provisions msut be changed and we support Quixtars solutions and efforts to rebut these provisions. Quixtar has idnetified what they believe are the five most important problems with the proposal and have proposed a solution forr each. We are encouraging the FTC to seriously consider each solution and arrive at a final rule the levels the playing field for direct selling companies and keep fraudulent schemems and high-cost franchises from the marketplace.
