Although I understand you are trying to protect consumers from fraud, I believe there has to be another way. I have only started my business and what you are proposing will make doing business so costly for honest marketers that I fear alot of us will not survive. The cost will have to be passed along to the consumer and businesses will suffer. You will take away the very thing that keeps people's hopes afloat. It is the middle class that keeps the American Economy alive and if we-the middle class-cannot survive, then America will die. I pray that you will see that your proposal will not be beneficial to everyone concerned and find another way to protect people.
