Concerning the proposed rule of giving refrences to potential prospects; I would not want to be used as a refrence becasue I would not want my personal information floating around to people that I did not know. Concerning waiting for seven days before registering a potential prospect; This bottlenecks the business because one of the greatest things about the Quixtar opportunity is to show people that we are willing to help them free of charge. If we have to wait seven days for every person to register then the entire process comes to a snails pace and this can frustrate people. Thank you for the oppurtunity to give my imput. Kevin Estes
