Comments:I have been an Independent Business Owner for about 10 years and have been very pleased with the business. When I joined Quixtar, I was given at least 3 opportunties within a week to review the business plan and meet other business owners, which is a practice that we continue to follow. When reviewing the business plan with prospects, we always leave an information pack that reviews the average earnings of an Independent Business Owner and set the expectation that their success is based solely on their personal efforts. I appreciate that the FTC is protecting people from fraudulent businesses, however I believe that requiring a 7 day waiting period would definitely hurt my business. Most people are excited and ready to start their business after registering and this could impact the prospects ability to get started. It would be unnecessary in our business to require a waiting period anyway because we offer the customer 100% money back guarantee within six months of purchasing products or membership. This practice definitely eases the prospects mind and reassures them of the company's high standards and moral values. Thank you for considering these points.
