To Whom it May Concern, I have been an Independent Business Owner affiliated with Quixtar for just under 3 years. I have no negative experiences to report, but would like to point out that this opportunity has provided my wife and I with many more choices than we had before we started our business. My wife owned a conventional training business for many years and had a strong six-figure income until she became very ill with heavy metal poisoning and was unable to continue her business. When she became unable to teach her income stopped. With this opportunity we were able to set goals and to acheive them at a quicker pace than other opportunities appeared to provide. It has also enabled us to work together in a way that we were unable to do before as I have no computer training. When we were introduced to Quixtar, our potential sponsors gave us a great deal of information on the company and on the business plan, making sure to inform us that the company offered an 180 day money back guarantee on our initial investment of less than $200.00 and on any products that we ordered from the company. While we have not made use of the offer as far as the investment goes, we have had a few opportunities to use it as far as products go, sometimes through our mistake, sometimes through the corporations, but they have always honored the promise and refunded our money or replaced the product. Being able to quickly build our business through introducing it to others, giving them access to all the information that they desire to make an informed decision and sponsoring them quickly has been and continues to be one of the major draws that this business opportunity from Quixtar offers. The money back guarantee is a wonderful and adequate protection against buyers' remorse or someone deciding that this opportunity is not for them after giving it a try. Other business opportunities do not offer the chance to get your investment back if you decide you don't like it after all. As a result, I think that the waiting period would just be a hindrance to the opporunity available. As far as giving out my name as a potential reference to a prospective business owner, I am uncomfortable with the idea of giving any information out about myself or my business associates as there are quite a few people out there who are misusing any information on people that they can get, regardless of the type of business they are in. As far as income statements go, l am unaware of any privately held company having to do this and think that it would be unfair to require those of us in this type of business to do so. I am aware that there are unscrupulous people in all areas of business but I think that too much regulation may be an infringement on free enterprise and what our great country was founded on. As far as a litigation list goes, it appears that the definitions involved are not specific enough. I don't think that it adequately defines who should be on the list. Quixtar should not be held accountable for the actions of irresponsible Independent Business Owners and neither should those Independent Business Owners not affiliated with those that are not abiding by the laws. Thank you for this opportunity to weigh in on the subject. Sincerely, Michael C. Henshaw
