I feel that the propasal that has presented will have a grave impact upon the free enterprise system this country was built upon. As it stands now, many of the concepts people have come to associate with financial stability such stocks bonds, pensions etc have left many americans searching for other ways to generate income during the lifetime. To hamper another way americans can generate additional income such they need not look to the government to provide this from creates a nation of people looking for a hand out. I feel that network marketing / direct marketing provides a viable option for people to take charge of their lives and not look to city, state, or local government to provide it for them.. Our local, state and federal representatives talk about how americans need to do things for themselves, how can this happen if hamper a opportunity that can enrich their lives and the lives of their children. By placing these restrictions upon private franchising/ direct marketing you take away an opportunity that can fill the gaps left by a shrinking or nonexistent pension/ retirement plan. Just like our founding fathers, we deserve the right to pursue a living without the government hampering with our ability to create wealth. I urge you to really think about the proposal that you have presented and take into consideration the needs of the people of this great country.
