To Whom it may concern, I am writing this letter in reference to the new proposals that you are suggesting are necessary to protect the consumer .I happen to be involved in a company named Xango that I thoroughly investigated prior to becoming involved. This is an outstanding company with high morals and I feel very comfortable sharing this bussiness with other individuals. Xango is not the only good networking company available but just happens to be the one that I chose and thought would benefit my family the best. All networking companies would suffer greatly from the propasals that are being suggested. I'm happy that you are overseeing things to ensure that the unscrupulous companies that exist are being weeded out but those type of companies exist every where in all types of industries. The automotive bussiness, insurance companies, timeshares etc., just to name a few in my opinion are a far greater risk for taking advantage of consumers than network marketing companies. Network marketing has become big bussiness as is evident by the involvement now of individuals such as Donald Trump, David Kiosaki and Warren Buffet who now owns a network marketing company. Its good to know that you are trying to protect consumers like me but I cannot see how these propasals could possiblly protect me and can only hinder me and my family. In closing I would just like to say please reconsider the regulations you are proposing. Respectfully Yours Vernon Davis
