I'm writing these comments to respond to the proposed rules you would like to oppose on Quixtar. As a current IBO I feel the proposed rule changes are not neccesary, and if imposed would put a damper on our business. The way our system is setup is provides the person with ample time and information to make an informed decision on whether or not they would like to get involved. Also Quixtar corporation provides refunds to all those who feel it is not for them. As with any business timing is of the essence in this business, and to have new IBO's wait 7 days, and need to get10 referrals would drastically hurt their business. The reason I say this is because when you see this oppurtunity and you realize the potential if holds for you, you want to get moving right that second, and energy, that motivation is key to building a succesful buisness. As with any business, you have to strike while the iron is hot, if you let it cool off, you may miss your chance, or spend time ramping back up to get to that point. In closing I ask that you not put these rules into effect, the oppurtunity now give people ample time to decide whether or not it's for them.
