I strongly disagree with the intended rule changes regarding our industry. We give 100% satisfaction money back guarantee for 6 months, so the 7 day waiting period would hinder our industry, just as any other corporate industry (i.e. Auto, Electronics, Airline, etc...) The other rule change of having to get 10 other people to agree with on your decision is really unfeasible. The new prospect would get many other opinions and may get prospected by other opportunities during this process.
