1. I Began working with Quixtar back in Dec. 2005. I was very excited about the bussiness model then and continue to be. In dealing with quixtar I have been amazed with the calaber of people I have met and dealt with. The people I have worked with have been honest, helpful and reliable. When I got started as an IBO the registering IBO spent alot of time with me showing me how the site worked, how the flow of money went, as well as the work involved. They also told me how long they have been involved, the work they have put in and the success they have made. They were also willing to share with me the experince of other people involved in Quixtar with a similar background as me. In turn I have modeled this behavior in registering new IBO's. When I was shown the bussiness model the registering IBO was very up-front with the fact that, "This is not a get rich quick plan, work is required." They also shared that this bussiness model was not for everyone. To get started in Quixtar it costs. $60, there is also optional sample products that can be purchased at this time for $120. The $60 dollars is refundable for 6 months if you decide that this isn't the bussiness for you. If you do not like the products they maybe returned according to the general product return policy of, free shipping paid up-front by Quixtar for any reason. And the money is returned to you. 2.The idea of providing references and the proof of financial substantiation I find uncomfortable. I often share the general amount of money I earn monthly from quixtar bussiness as well as that of some of the people that I am in bussiness with. I dislike the idea of sharing the exact amount due to some of my prospcts being close friends and family. In regards to providing references. It would cause my bussiness to run less efficient because people are often hard to get a hold of. There is also the risk that they may see someone on the list who is a friend that they would rather register under, some IBO's are inactive and do not activley mentor new IBO's this would set a new bussiness owner up for failure. In my case when I got started my registering IBO was also good friends with my brother. I had already registered when my brother expressed interest in getting registered. My registering IBO had done all the work with my brother, but since it was my brother he resitered him under me. So we are not trying to keep it a secret just help people succed. I hope you take these points into consideration regarding the FTC proposal. I have been extremly satisfied with quixtar and the financial, mental , and relationship growth I have seen in myself and others I have worked with.
