Thank you for considering my opinion regarding the Proposed Business Opportunity Rule. I am opposed to this rule because it will unfairly impede and diminish the ability those of us who are honest to succeed in our endeavours. Further, it could hamper the growth of some the most dynamic businesses in our economy. Finally, there are already laws and stiff penalties in place for those who commit fraudulent acts and additional regulation is not necessary. As a representative of a highly reputable network marketing company, I respectfully request the proposed rule be set aside with the understanding that our industry will continue to maintain it's own integrity. Those who violate company rules or the laws of the nation will be dealt with to the greatest extent allowed by company policy and existing laws. Again, new regulation is not necessary and will only weaken an important sector of our economy.
