7/17/06 RE: Federal Trade Commision TITLE: Notice of Proposed Rulemaking SUBJECT: Business Opportunity Rule CFR Citation: 15 CFR Part 437 Let this notice serve as my opposition to this ruling. It would greatly influence the way in which I conduct my business in a most negative aspect. I do home jewelry parties and don't know how I would accomplish furnishing prospective purchasers with material information to prohibit fraud - I won't be able to conduct any business if this ruling should be passed and applied - possibly effecting future sales and effecting my livilihood in MA Dorothy A Hill
