To The Federal Trade Commission. I must say I applaud you for wanting do a great job in protecting the public from not having adequate information in the selection process of a business opportunity. My wife have been blessed to have been introduced to the Quixtar business opportunity and frankly it is the best thing we have done for our family and other family members and friends. When we got registered in this business over 6 years ago we were provided with all the information and to day it is a lot more. What I have found is that the information is so much that people are amazed why we need to give them so much and that this is not a get rich quick scheme. As far as the seven day period goes I don’t agree, people in this Quixtar business opportunity have a one hundred percent money back guarantee up to a full one year period Looking at the requirements for list of references we do have a meeting where you can actually speak to individuals who are involved I do think this is far better than a list of people you cant see or even know is telling the truth. I felt better when I could actually see the person. Not seeing the person and given a list would be what illegitimate business would like. Eliminate this 10 reference Lets look at litigation list, what other business does this can you imagine you are sending your kids to school and they provide you with a litigation list people have cases filed which has no merit ever so often. You should mandate that we provide them with better business and the FTC information so the can have accurate information. Eliminate this litigation requirement. We already have documents that tell individuals what the average Quixtar IBO makes. I think to go any further is getting in a person private business area. There should not be any disclosure of financial records. This should be only done for State Agencies in agency investigation. I would like to tell you that you should go to every business and check to see how they do things you target is not for great opportunities like Quixtar but fraudulent ones out there thanks for trying to prtect the public.Quixtar is a very hounorable company.
