As an IBO with the Leadership Team Development system (powered by Quixtar), I have found what I was meant to do with my life. Having been part of several other business opporuntities in the past, I feel I am in a unique position to comment on the QUALITY of the mentorship system associated with Quixtar. Quixtar, as a corporation, is first class in EVERY aspect, including customer service, order fulfillment, and representation with partner companies. While I have been part of other opportunities in the past, they have never had the SUPPORT of a mentorship program like LTD. I have been involved since September 2005, and since that time, I have become friends with the most well-versed, upstanding people I have ever met. We, as a mentorship system, go out of our way to express to new prospects that this is NOT a get rich quick scheme and it will take hard work to accomplish specific goals. However, the system in place is incredibly streamlined and mutually beneficial for ANYONE wanting to take part. The more important aspect of the business than the money is the association with the incredible leaders on the LTD team and the education they provide. Not only have I learned more about business principles, but also ways to be an incredible person in society. This is all taught by example by men and women on the LTD team. There is supplementary material to aid in growth, but the leaders in the business do not grow unless they help you grow yourself and your business, which is the greatest part of it all. The system in place allows for a great deal of information with which to make an educated decision, and we stress that before becoming an official part of the team, a new prospect get to know some of the people they will be working with to evaluate their character and see if it will be a mutually beneficial situation. The registration cost is very nominal and is COMPLETELTY refundable within the first 6 months of business. Due to the nature of the LTD system, we encourage growth for the partner companies and use excitement about the opportunity to spearhead this movement. With the proposed waiting time to become registered with the business team, this delay may cause some prospects to become impatient and pass up on a golden opportunity they are genuinely interested in. Since all prospects are required to attend an informational class before they decide to work with our team, I do not feel it is necessary to provide a list of local IBOs for them to contact. They have the opportunity, and are encouraged to speak with other IBOs to get a feel for the atmosphere and decide if they feel it is right for them. Outside of this interaction, the integrity of our team may be jeopordized as a reference list may encourage people to attempt to steal other's prospects. Since this business is available for everyone, there are many cases of people who have given this business a chance for a short amount of time, had a bad experience, and then felt the need to vent about it through litigation. I do not feel this is an accurate representation of what our team stands for, and would serve no purpose for new prospects. Quixtar goes out of their way to avoid distaste from anyone who sees the opportunity and offer a full money-back guarantee. This should prove to remove any sort of negative thoughts or litigation. This opportunity is NOT a good fit for everyone. But for the people who want to make it work, it is life changing. We speak about our business mentors because they have achieved a level of success that is ALSO available to any prospect if the proper work is done. Since integrity IS such a large part of our business team, I personally would like to see some action taken to shut down the TRUE scams out there. There are many claims being made about how to make money, but given the proper explanation and introduction to our team of HIGHLY respectable and competent leaders, I feel Quixtar and LTD is the best opportunity available.
