Hello and thank you for helping to clean up this industry. I applaud you for that. 1. WAITING 7 DAYS BEFORE THE PROSPECT CAN REGISTER: This would slow our business down dramatically. Momentum is a vital part of our business and this would slow it way down. We provide a money back guarantee that would take care of a customer wish to no longer be involved. Isn't that the point of the waiting period? So they are sure they want to be involved? 2. PROVIDING A LIST OF REFERENCES: I don't understand the point of this rule. If someone wants to do research on whether or not they want to be involved they should do thier own research. Check with the BBB, FTC and other credible resources. To give out IBO contact info would be a privacy issue. I know I wouldn't want prospects from other organizations call me to see what I think of the business. Finally, what would prevent other organizations from within Quixtar from registering my prospects that called them for thier reference? 3. PROVIDE A LIST OF ALL LAWSUITS: If a prospect wants to know the lawsuits they can look them up online. There are plenty of people providing that info. If a new car dealer sells a car they don't need to provide all the lawsuits against them and the consumer is spending $25k and cannot get thier money back. With us it is roughly $100 with a money back guarantee. This would make people very leary of an honest business. Anybody can file a lawsuit. 4. INCOME DISCLOSURES FOR EACH INCOME CLAIM: I know that if I have to sit through a presentation that demonstrated how each bonus worked I would be very bored. Averages would be sufficient. When I saw the plan I believed the averages because they were reviewed by the FTC. Averages were sufficient for me to make a decision to be involved. 5. REQUIREMENT TO PROVIDE PERSONAL DOCUMENTATION FOR INCOME CLAIMS: When I share the opportunity I let prospects know I am the messenger of the information. My income has nothing to do with what they are going to make in the business. Some come in the business looking for a little money and others come in looking to make a lot of money. My income may deter someone from getting involved. The plan lets anybody make as much as they want. For me to provide documentation of what I make is not only a violation of my privacy but also irrelevant to that prospects future in the Quixtar Business. If it is law to show a prospect the income claim then fine, but to require it to be disclosed doesn't make sense to me. Lastly, I have had a great experience with this business. I have met friends for life and have made enough money to help us afford our first house and pay off our college loans. I am proud of this busines and know that if some of these proposals were put into law it would hurt our business. Thanks for your time and have a great day.
