The proposed business rule is a positive step towards guarding people/consumers from falling into so called opportunities where they are mis informed or half truth about the opportunity when it is presented. I think FTC should keep close eye on these entities like Amway,Quixtar and such other sucpicious entities.I also appeal FTC to investigate Business behind the opportunity where they draw tons of money from involved so called Business owners in the name of motivation.They sell motivational materials which supports sellers levish life style.They sell it in very deceptive way, its very easy to fall prey for people looking for for better ways to earn income.Once people are in they are lured into the motivational system.PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT ...Can FTC really protect USA consumers from these frauds.I think FTC can if it really wants. Thank you.
