Comments:
This regulation will place an undue burden on our business. Many people rely on this business to support themselves and their families. By placing these requirements on our ability to bring others into the business, our business will become much more difficult to continue. We request that this law is not put into effect due to the dire consequences it will have on our livelyhood which so many people depend on for sole support or additional support.
