hello I am an IBO in Texas.I was show this opportunity at a time in my life where my career had come to a stand still.I had worked for United Supermarkets for 13 years and was a manager for 9 years.Quixtar has given me the opportunity that noone ever has.I was not pressured to get in, my investment was 67.00 and was refundable for three months after the time of sign up.My upline sponsor is a man/woman of the highest integrity I have ever met in my 42 years of living. They have done more for me and my family than any of my own relatives have ever done.you might ask why and how does that happen, because one thing i have learned while building my business through Quixtar is that you do unto others as you would have them do unto you.If we Americans would all live by that one rule,we would see an America that we have never seen before.I am now a Platinum IBO in Quixtar.Did it happen over night?NO! I have never been told this is an overnight biz,and we do not tell people that is overnight, it will require work, dedication , perseverence and change.I come from a poor family farming background, i have six brothers who did not graduate from highschool, i barely graduated. This is the only opportunity that i believe is a level playing field. The answer i have for your problems is 1.we never sponsor someone the same time they see the opportunity, we interview people several times to see if the biz is a fit for their schedule, and we make it a point to share the biz with both spouses if possible which is 80% of the time. 2.the prospect does not get a list of references of other IBOS, they get to personally meet several succesful Ibos way before they sign up. 3.if we have to give a list of lawsuits, then why dont we get a list of lawsuits from every company we decide to go to work for. every large company will have lawsuits, because we live in a country where people want something for nothing. 4.income reports are private property, when i go to work for your company, i dont ask for your income statements. (we never make promises to people, because we dont know their work ethic, their integrity, etc.) my integrity stunk when i got started in Quixtar, but by Never Quitting and changing , today I consider myself a man of honesty and integrity, thanks to the examples of Doug Devos and Steve VanAndel . 5.this one ties in with #4, again, we do not make high promises, in fact we tell people when we share the plan that we dont know how fast the results will be because we dont know their work ethic or integrity, and that is one of the most important aspects or the most important of this business. last comment: not everyone in by business has pursued it long term..why? well my experience of several years has been these reasons: 1.lack of focus 2.quit mentality, when work is involved. 3.help others mentality, most people do not have this one. it has to be developed and that takes time, eveyones time is different. 4.they are in it for themselves and no one else. 5.they break the rules and try to do it their own way, when their way does not work, They Quit! and these are the people who usually give us bad name and complain to you or to the bbb. My experience in the Quixtar business is awesome and me and my family plan on doing it the rest of our lives. God Bless You.
