While I apprectiate what you are trying to accomplish I do not agree with all of the specifics that penalize honest business owners. The 7 day waiting period would cripple an individuals opportunity to work at the pace he/she wants. Also the referall requirement is a privacy issue. If people want referrals they ask, and are usually content with one or two. For the businesses that have return policies many of these stipulations should be waived. I sincerely hope that these ideas are thrown out. Back to the drawing board. Thank You
