Let it be known that I believe this proposed new rule to be unfair and a breach of privacy. Let the people make their own decision about their business. The people of this country do not need the government to think for us. There is inherent risk in any venture. That is what makes the reward of self-employment so great; the risk. Rules about disclosing a persons personal information are a breech of privacy and unethical. Not to mention the part about giving a prospective customer or entrepreneuer 7 days notice before any type of business can be done; this is ridiculous. Let freedom ring
