Hello. I am an Indepenent Business Owner and I feel this proposal will do more harm than good. I've been a business owner for a couple of years now with Quixtar and Winters Marketing and I can state that I enjoy it. I have gotten more benefits in this business than at a job. Our business system is really easy to learn for those willing to do the work. We all seen the "get rich quick" but everyone whose in, coming in, or seeing our plan is given the same info I had gotten at the start if not better. The 7-day waiting period and, the list of IBO's for a random prospect to call is insane. What if someone calls a begining IBO? They won't be able to provide the right info, and people who are NOT on the up and up might use that to their advantage and stage BOGUS lawsuits or the like in their pathetic attempt at their own "get rich quick" scam, thus making to honest IBO's suffer in the process. Any person(s) that I introduce to this system recieves info and a DVD of companies like Circuit City and Sony that we are associated with. They are reputable companies that wouldn't be with us if we were not legal. The 7-day waiting period and a "litigation list" won't help the people wanting to go into business for themselves but hinder. It doesn't specify correctly about what "seller" means and the IBO listing reference will work against the prospect and/ or new IBO because if the caller registers on under a IBO other than the one that showed the plan or took them to our seminars, he/ she/ they will in the long run cause the person to fail in the worst way, FINANCIALLY! Waiting for seven days might allow people WHO LACK A DREAM, GOAL, OR WHATEVER to talk them out of it ruin it for the prospect. Besides we have a 6-MONTH money-back warranty. If a new IBO feels they're not making what they want or feel this isn't for them within 6-months then they call Quixtar say they want out and they will be refunded, no questions asked. All in all your proposal is going to severly work against people like us, who are legit, honest, upfront, and APPROVED BY YOU, THE FTC! Future IBOs who want to progress faster and faster will be slowed immensly by your "barbed-wired fence" of a proposal. So I guess what I'm saying is, that porposal is a BAD IDEA and would have to be refined greatly so that honest hard working IBOs like myself will not be hampered by this detail of yours that I assure you if it comes into play it WILL BE ABUSED BY THOSE WHO LOVE TO SCAM!
