My husband, Mayilon, and I have been IBOs since 1981. We were presented the marketing plan and loaned materials that outlined what we had discussed and backed up with the SA4400 by our soon to be sponsors. We were given the opportunity to meet other IBOs and ask questions. WE ARE AGAINST THE RULE TO HAVE TO GIVE 10 REFERENCES: SOLUTION: We have duplicated that same process with those we have sponsored and have followed what that person wants to do. Some are ready to start their business on the spot...others need to sort though it all and meet others and read through the materials provided. WE ARE EAGER FOR OUR PROPECTIVE IBOS TO MEET THE TEAM...SO THERE IS NO NEED TO GIVE A LIST OF REFERENCES. We are NOT in favor of the proposed rule to wait seven days before allowing an IBO to register. SOLUTION: THAT TAKES AWAY THEIR FREEDOM OF CHOICE! Because Quixtar provides 100% MONEY BACK GUARANTEE...WHY WOULD THE FTC WANT TO PENTALIZE THOSE HONEST COMPANIES WHO ARE DOING THE RIGHT THING!!! WE DO NOT AGREE WITH THE PROPOSED RULE TO DISCLOSE OUR INCOME. SOLUTION: WE MAKE NO CLAIMS OF INCOME...WE JUST PRESENT THE MARKETING PLAN AND ALLOW THAT TO STAND ON IT'S OWN. BY USING THE SA4400 MATERIAL APPROVED BY FTC and PUBLISHED BY QUIXTAR. WE BELIEVE THAT TO HAVE TO DISCLOSE OUR INCOME IS AN INFRENGEMENT OF OUR PRIVACY. WE ARE AGAINST THE PROPOSED RULE TO HAVE TO GIVE A LIST OF 10 REFERENCES. SOLUTION: WE INVITE THOSE WHO ARE INTERESTED & WANT MORE INFORMATION TO COME TO A MEETING TO MEET OTHERS ON THE TEAM. THAT IS A PART OF HOW WE DO BUSINESS. WE DO NOT BELIEVE THAT IT IS A FAIR TRADE PRACTICE TO HAVE TO DISCLOSE PAST LITAGATION. DOES ANY LARGE CORPORATION HAVE TO GIVE THAT TO THEIR CLIENTS, POSSIBLE DISTRIBUTORS? DOES WALMART PUT THAT INFO ON DISPLAY. DOES COCA COLA DO THE SAME. IN OUR SOCIETY...WHERE LAWSUITS ARE BROUGHT ON ALMOST A WHIM...WHY WOULD THAT BE A FAIR RULE? ANYONE CAN COME BY THAT INFORMATION IF THEY ASK FOR IT OR LOOK FOR IT. We have not only made money through operating our own business powered by Quixtar, but we have made lifelong friends. It has enhances our quality of life. We are growing and learning each day, each week and each year! We feel as though we are playing a part in helping others to do the same! My husband and I are respectively 67 AND 65 years old...and yet...because of our association with Quixtar and our upline and our Team members, we look forward to reaching new goals!
