I have been IBO with Quixtar for over 10 years. I have been able to develop business in US and India. Quixtar and it sister companies have been instrumental in finacial freedom of hundred of couples in my business. When I registered, I got all information I needed to register. My comments are 1. No waiting period needed. Quixtar has refunded the money to anybody who asked for it. The rule is unnecessary. 2. No reference should be provided. This rule infringes into our privacy. It is against the fundamental rights. 3. Disclosing litigation will is not approiate. This will give scropulous elements taking advantage. I do not support this In short, Quixtar has always been proactive in providing all information. These new laws are NOT required. Thanks Gurdev Singh
