Our business is legitimate and we would be hindered in the time requirements, references, and other requirements of the proposal. We have achieved personal goals, been very satisfied, and recommend this business to everyone who wishes a better life. The Quixtar business has been everything that it proposed it would be and I am very satisfied with the entire business plan of the company. It is has great integrity. I believe that in America, a country that prides itself in the FREE ENTERPRISE system, restraints should not be placed upon it that will stop the growth of the company and the individuals who join it. The waiting period is not necessary with Quixtar because the company has a money back guarantee which it stands by. Any company that offers a guarantee like that doesn't need further restrictions placed upon it. Regarding litagation - in this day of lawsuits without merit, disclosure is irrelevant and can easily be researched by anyone via the internet, it does not need to be a disclosure requirement. As far as disclosure of my income to prospects, that is totally inappropriate because it is none of their business! In our business and others like it what one makes is totally dependent upon the individual and how much he personally puts into it. He might put more time into building it than me and make more than me in one months time or vice versa! This business is of such high standards that I have joined it two times before this one and never in over thirty years found a company with such high values. I believe that any company that will follow the business plan of Quixtar should not have the restrictions that the CFR Citation: 16 CFR Part 437 proposes. Thank you for the opportunity to voice my opinion.
