Dear FTC, My wife and I have been IBO's for aprox. 2yrs. This has been a great honor to be able to have our own business powered by Quixtar. We have the ability to empower others by giving of ourselves first to make sure they succeed. We have at our fingertips all the info we need to start a new IBO right, answer any of their questions and show them the Quixtar website. I make sure that they understand upfront that this is not a get rich quick plan, there are no guarantees but with hard work and persistance I will help them in anyway possible to make sure they get all the information needed to build their business. I don't see the need for a seven day waiting period because all a new IBO has to do is call Quixtar and let them know that they want their money back(this is already set for 6months after they sign up). On most occasions I have gone to work helping my new prospect build their business way before 7days. If we are to wait the 7days it will be time wasted(this is not good for business of any kind). Already in place is a way for my new IBO to meet people and talk to them at the open meetings and business conferances. Trying to prove this by giving other peoples info(which will violate privacy)would be redundant work. My new IBO is always asking questions about myself or Quixtar. I give them the truth answering the best I can and if I don't have the answer I will find it for them. The last thing we want to do is make people feel overwhelmed because most already are from life itself. My personal information should not have to be given out nor my financial statements either. The reason is that we are Independent Business Owners. My success in business does not reflect what will happen to someone else because I will do everything I can to help others grow faster than I did at a particular stage. Showing them the exact amount of what I make will not make or break someone--I know this because it would not have helped me. I wanted to know what I needed to do to be successfull and I have an upline who wants this too. They are a part of my team but still they are Independent--Lets not loose this aspect of the business. Quixtar's business plan is the same for everyone starting out. The first at 3% up through 25% bonuses it doesn't change, everyone is paid according to the volume they create for companies and when they help by giving of themselves to their team then are paid accordingly. I have no problem with this and feel it is a unique and awesome system. In closing I would like to thank the FTC for looking out for all of us as a whole. I can understand why business need to be looked at to make sure people are being treated fair but I don't want to see a system that is so complicated that nobody will benefit. Quixtar is an avenue for anyone no matter who to achieve extraordinary things but our system requires people to be accountable and respectful to themselves and their team. We are a free enterprise nation with a vast number of opportunities. Quixtar does a great job in making sure everything is done top notch and done right. Thank you for making sure business are ok but please realize that we already do alot to make sure the IBO gets started right. I do not want to hurt anyone, I want to help them reach whatever goals they want and set for themselves. Thank you for your time. Adam Petrus
