I have been an OBO for 15 years and was well informed about the business when I started for $106.00 with product samples (Now about $140.00 for the same method of registering.) We always tell people it is not a get rich business and that it will take effort to succeed as it does with anything in life. That is why only 3% to 5% of the people in this country succeed and the others work at a job. Quixtar give everyone a chance to own their own business and to slow a new person down with restricting them from building the business as fast as they can with a 7 day waiting period is government interference with a personnel business - that is why I am called an IBO - Independent Business Owner. As far as having to give a potential IBO a list of IBO's in the area that would certainly go against any rules the government has concerning Privacy such as HIPPA Rules and Do Not Call Lists. Please do NOT institute these rules!!! H Taylor Yates Jr MD
