Thank you for starting a discussion on fair practices in our industry. I hope that the final outcome will not only stop fraudulent people form doing wrong but will also help legitimate businesses like ours (Quixtar - Teambuilders) to thrive. I have been a quixtar IBO for 6 years. Myself and my family have benefited greatly from the quixtar experience. at no time did anyone try to decieve us of any charges that were expected of us . We have always understood that purchasing success materials is optional and we can get our money back at any time. The proposed rules will harm the way that we do business. It will slow the pace of our business growth and will raise unneeded usspicion in the sign up process. I think that making all businesses provide a money back guarantee on products and business support materials would give any prospective business owner plenty of security against fraud.
